  • Lamb Chops ½ kg
  • Milk ½ kg
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp (powdered)
  • Ginger Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Asafetid 1 pinch
  • Cinnamon ½ tsp
  • Cloves 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Clarified butter as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a vessel, fill it with ½ liter water.

  2. Add the chops, milk, powdered fennel seeds, ginger powder turmeric, asafetida and cinnamon powders along with cloves and salt.

  3. Take a pan and heat clarified butter in it.

  4. Stir well and place chops and boil on medium flame till the meat becomes tender, and almost all water gets absorbed.
