Ingredients

  • Potato (cube) 2
  • Peas 1 pao
  • Carrot 2
  • French Beans (Phali) as desired
  • Green Peppers (Shimla Mirch)
  • Cabbage
  • Oil
  • For Gravy:
  • Tomatoes (puree) 2
  • Garlic clove 4
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seed 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seed 1/2 seed
  • Curry leave few leaves
  • Whole red chilli 2-3

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil add potato and carrot fry it.

  2. Add capsicum, peas, cabbage, and brinjal fry more.

  3. Cover and cook on medium flame.

  4. For Gravy: Heta oil saute garlic add mustard seed and onion seed add tomato puree and cook for a while.

  5. Add chilli flakes, turmeric and whole red chillies cook until oil seprates.

  6. Put fried vegetables serve with roti.
