  • Brain 4
  • Water as required
  • Turmeric 2 tsp
  • Yogurt ½ kg
  • Oil as required
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili 6 – 8
  • Fresh coriander as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Add brain, water and 1 tsp turmeric in a pan and boil it for a while.

  2. Now take it out in a bowl and marinate with yogurt.

  3. Then add oil in another pan and preheat it.

  4. Now add fenugreek seed, garlic paste, salt, onion, red chili powder and 1 tsp turmeric.

  5. Roast it well.

  6. When good smell comes from spices then add brain and fry it.

  7. Put green chilies in it and keep it for simmer (dum) on low flame.

  8. When oil comes up then dish it out.

  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot nan.
