  • Green coriander (hara dhaniya) 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 4
  • Garlic (lasan) 1 pod
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp / 3 gm
  • Tamarind (imli) paste 1 tsp / 3 gm
  • Or
  • juice of lemon (nimbu) 1

  1. Grind the mint leaves, green coriander, green chillies, garlic, salt, and sugar to a smooth paste either on a stone slab or in a mixer.
