  • Green Chillies 4 finely chopped
  • Cheddar Cheese Grated 3/4 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese Grated 1/2 cup
  • French Loaf 6 slices
  • Parsley or Coriander fresh as required
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chillies as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix the green chillies, cheddar and mozzarella cheese together along with the butter.

  2. Now spread on the bread slices and sprinkle crushed red chillies and fresh coriander or parsley.

  3. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until crisp and cheese melts.

  4. Now enjoy Chili Cheese Bread.
