Ingredients

  • For Egg Yolk Filling:
  • Actiplus yogurt ½ cup
  • Egg 4 (hard boiled)
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard powder ½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • For Salad Dressing:
  • Macaroni 1 cup
  • Actiplus yogurt ½ cup
  • Capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes 1 cup (chopped)
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut boiled eggs into two halves and scoop out yolks.

  2. Mash the yolk with yogurt and all other ingredients till gets creamy.

  3. Fill this mixture into boiled egg whites with piping bag or directly.

  4. In a bowl add macaroni, yogurt, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, lemon juice, salt and black pepper together.

  5. Place this mixture in the center of a serving dish.

  6. Set egg white filled with beaten yolk and enjoy delicious healthy salad.
