Blanch (almond, pistachio, cashew, melon seeds) in hot water, remove the skin and grind into a very fine paste. Keep aside.
Heat clarified butter in a pot on low flame, once it is slightly hot add the cardamom powder.
Then add the fresh milk, allow the milk to boil.
Now add the ground paste of the nuts, keep stirring.
Add the sugar, dilute the coconut milk powder, keep stirring till the milk is boiled nicely.
Taste the sugar and adjust according to taste. Turn off the flame.
This drink is good for sahoor or in cold weather.
