in a pot,boil minecemeat on medium heat with ginger garlic paste,
cumin seeds,black pepper,and onion till water in the minecemeat dries.
Cool the minecemeat completely and add mashed potatoes,fresh coriander,
salt and green chillies.Mix Well.make cutlets and refrigerate for 10-15
minutes.Dip the cutlets in beaten eggs,toss them in bread crumbs and
refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.In a wok or or a frying pan,heat Dalda
Cooking Oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes and fry the cutlets till
golden brown.Place the cutlets on a kitchen towel or absorbent paper.
Serve with Salad.
