  • Tamarind pulp 2 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Jiggery 2 tbsp
  • Plums 1 cup (dried)
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Red color 1 pinch
  • Carrot 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilies 10 button
  • Green chilies 6 (fried)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan, put dried plum with water, tamarind pulp, jiggery, dried plums, sugar, ketchup, salt, chili powder and red color; cook for 30 minutes on low flame till mixture syrupy.

  2. Then add carrot, cabbage, red chilies and fried green chilies, cook for another 5 minutes and remove.
