  • Fine Mince ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Solid milk ½ cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate mince with salt, chili powder, all spice, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, clarified butter and solid milk.

  2. Make seekh kababs shape.

  3. Shallow fry in oil, give simmer of charcoal.

  4. Serve with chutney.

  4. Tania, did you use double mince...may be minced meat were not dry enough when marinating or kebabs were too moist so they fall apart.

  5. I tried the recipe with beef mince,but it kept falling apart when frying.I added began in it but that didn't hold the kabab together too.However they cooked very quickly ,very soft and tasty.Will recommend to others.
