Bread Halwa

In a deep pan heat ghee and add saute cardamoms till it crackles and then add the bread crumbs.

Cook till the color changes to golden brown.

Remove from heat and stir in the milk, make sure to keep whisking.

Return to the heat and add the can of condensed milk.

Taste, if needed sugar, then add 1/4 cup of sugar.

Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan and add the raisins, almonds and walnuts and cook it for a few minutes.

Pour in a greased dish to set.

Top it with silver leaves(chandee ka warq).

Allow it to cool and cut into squares or serve warm.
