Mix in a bowl, mince, egg white, and corn flour 1 tbsp, salt, black pepper and lemon juice, mix well.
Now make medium size meatballs.
Roll in maida and deep fry the balls.

Boil rice with a little oil in it and only green pieces of green onion.
