Ingredients

  • Mince (Keema) 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1 (only white)
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (grounded) 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 tsp chopped
  • Coriander 1 tbsp chopped
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 1 chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix in a bowl, mince, egg white, and corn flour 1 tbsp, salt, black pepper and lemon juice, mix well.

  2. Now make medium size meatballs.

  3. Roll in maida and deep fry the balls.

  4. Stir fry the vegetables, season with salt, add meatballs, fry for 2 minutes and remove from heat.

  5. Boil rice with a little oil in it and only green pieces of green onion.

  6. Serve vege meatballs with boil rice or slices.
