  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 6 – 7 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Almonds and pistachio 4 tbsp (chopped)
  • Pink color few drops
  • Tuk malinga 2 tbsp (soaked)
  • China grass 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 ½ cup
  • Red color few drops

Cooking Directions

  1. China grass soaked in 1 ½ cup water and red color till set.

  2. In milk mix sugar with vanilla essence, almonds and pistachio, pink color, soaked tuk malinga and china grass.

  3. Serve chilled.
