  • Eggs(beaten) 2
  • Spinach(choped) 500 gm
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Water 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook the spinach covered in a pan for 2-3 minutes, squeeze the excess juices, add the soy sauce, sugar and the sesame oil and keep aside.

  2. Dissolve the cornflour in a water, mix it with the beaten eggs, and add the seasoning.

  3. Heat the oil in a thick pan, spread the egg mixture to make on omelette, it is almost done on one side place spinach on it, and roll it up.

  4. Place the egg roll on a kitchen board, and cut diagonally into bite size pieces with a sharp knife.

  5. Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
