Ingredients

  • Fish fillet 1 kg
  • Dried mango powder (Amchoor) 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ground red chili 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Flour for coating

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients, including fish and mix well.

  2. Marinate the fish in the mixture for about an hour.

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and coat the fish with flour, pressing gently.

  4. Fry these fillets until golden.

  5. Dish out the fish and serve it with sauces and dips of your choice.
