Mixed Vegetables - A very simple and easy recipe of potatoes and ladyfinger. Golden fried potatoes and ladyfingers are stir fried in spices. Serve hot with puri or rice and lentils.

  • Potato (cut in finger shape) 1/2 kg
  • Lady finger 250 gram
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-4 tbsp
  • Chaat spice 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry vegetables

Cooking Directions

  1. Deep fry the potatoes till golden brown and takeout on a absorbent paper.

  2. In the same oil, deep fry the lady fingers till golden and takeout on a absorbent paper.

  3. Combine fried potatoes and ladyfinger in a pan and add red chili, lemon juice, chaat spice, cumin seeds and green chili.

  4. Stir fry on high flame.

  5. When done add salt and lemon juice and turn off the flame.

  6. Serve hot with Puri.
