Heat water in a frying pan.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add butter, sugar, and cocoa powder and whisk well.
Hold the egg mixture bowl over boiling water in the frying pan and whisk till the mixture is thick.
When the mixture becomes like custard, take it off the flame and let it cool.
Break biscuits into small pieces and crush almonds and pistachios.
Add biscuits, almonds and pistachios to the egg mixture.
Mix well. Put this mixture at the bottom of a plastic bag.
Now roll the plastic bag. Keep this roll in the deep freezer for at least 3 hours.
Remove the plastic bag after taking it out of the freezer.
Cut it in rounds with a sharp knife before serving.
