Chicken is maritane with rosemary, paprika, oregano, fennel seed, vinegar black pepper, nutmeg, garlic and olive oil. Its baked and served with garlic sauce or tomato ketchup.

  • Chicken 1-¼ kg (whole)
  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Rosemary 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 2 tsp (crushed)
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 4 – 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add 1 tsp fennel seeds, rosemary, oregano, paprika powder, garlic paste, nutmeg powder, vinegar, black pepper, 3 - 4 tbsp olive oil and salt, mix it well.

  2. Now marinate the chicken with mixture and set aside for 1-½ hour.

  3. Now bake the chicken in pre-heated oven for 40 – 45 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.

  4. After this take out the chicken and set aside for a while.

  5. Now fry the remaining olive oil and 1 tsp fennel seeds and garnished the chicken and serve it.
