  • Rice 2 cup (boiled)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Carrot 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Potato 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Red chilies 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Tamarind Paste ½ cup
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Put onion, garlic ginger paste and mustard seeds in the pan and slightly fry.

  2. Add carrot, peas, capsicum and potato and slightly sauté.

  3. Add half cup water and cook to tenderness.

  4. Add salt, cumin powder, and crushed red chili and sauté again.

  5. When the vegetables are cooked, add tamarind paste, butter and pre-boiled rice in it and mix and steam for a while.

  6. Dish it out after 5 minutes.
