  • Mutton/Beef/Chicken Mince 750 gm
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 (medium)
  • Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (medium)
  • Red chili flakes 1- 1/2 tsp
  • All spices powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mace powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Serving:
  • Medium onion 2 (cut into round slices)
  • Tomatoes 4 (boiled and blended)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon (crushed)
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a food processor, put onion and grind.

  2. Then add mince, green chilies, salt, fresh coriander, all spice powder, red chili powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and ginger garlic paste, grind and make smooth paste.

  3. Now add gram flour and mix well.

  4. Take out in a bowl and mix with hands.

  5. Leave for 30 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers.

  6. Grill, BBQ, cook on gas burner or fry in frying pan on low heat until done.

  7. Brush kebabs with oil or ghee. While grilling.

  8. For Serving in Sizzler: Heat butter and oil in a pan, add blended tomatoes, dry out all the water.

  9. Add onion slices and cook for 2 minutes, season with salt and black pepper.

  10. Heat the sizzling plate and add tomatoes and onions.

  11. On the onions and tomatoes, line the done seekh kebabs.

  12. Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve with Roti or Naan.
