  • Flour (sifted) 2 cups
  • Bicarbonate Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 pinches
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Strawberries (roughly chopped) 12-15
  • Egg (lightly beaten) 1
  • Yogurt (lightly beaten) 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and grease muffin tins.

  2. In a bowl mix dry ingredients together and add the strawberries.

  3. Mix yogurt, oil, vanilla essence and egg in another bowl.

  4. Add the yogurt mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not over mix).

  5. Pour into the muffin tins and bake for 12-15 minutes.
