Ingredients

  • Milk 2 kg
  • Almonds ½ cup
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
  • Cardamom 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk ¼ cup
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Pistachio, silver paper for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. First soak almonds in water, remove its skin and make its paste.

  2. After that pour milk and let it cook.

  3. Add saffron, cardamom and condensed milk in milk and cook till thicken.

  4. Spread on tray and let it cool well, garnish with pistachio and silver paper, cut and serve.
