  • Gram flour 1/2 kg
  • Medium onions (cut very finely) 3
  • Green chillies (chopped finely) 2
  • Cloves of garlic 2-3
  • Pomegranate seeds (ground) 3 tbsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves 10
  • Green coriander leaves (chopped finely) as required
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients.

  2. Add a little curd or water to form a stiff dough.

  3. Roll into chapatis and make them on a griddle on medium heat.
