  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Chicken breast fillet 500 g
  • D.P sauce 2.5 tbsp
  • H.P sauce 3.5 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2.5 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2-1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl.

  2. Add garlic, H.P sauce, D.P sauce and chilli sauce.

  3. Then add salt and black pepper.

  4. Mix them all wel and let it marinate for 2-3 hour.

  5. Pour some olive oil in a pan and saute fry chicken in it.

  6. Serve the chicken with pita bread, humus, nut dip and eggplant dip.

  7. Tip: You can serve all the things in separate platters or you can assemble them.
