  • گائے کا قیمہ آدھا کلو
  • بیسن تین کھانے کے چمچ
  • (دھنیا دو کھانے کے چمچ (کٹا ہوا
  • انار دانہ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • (لال مرچ دو کھانے کے چمچ (کٹی ہوئی
  • (ہلدی ایک کھانے کا چمچ (پسی ہوئی
  • (گرم مصالحہ ایک کھانے کا چمچ (پسا ہوا
  • نمک حسب ذائقہ
  • ٹماٹر دو عدد
  • پیاز دو عدد
  • ہری مرچ پانچ عدد
  • ہرا دھنیا ایک چوتھائی گٹھی
  • انڈہ ایک عدد
  • سفید مکھن دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • تیل آدھا لیٹر

  1. قیمے میں بیسن، دھنیا، انار دانہ، کٹی لال مرچ، پسی ہلدی، پسا گرم مصالحہ اور نمک شامل کر دیں۔

  2. اب ٹماٹر، پیاز، ہری مرچ اور ہرا دھنیا کاٹ کرکے ڈال دیں۔

  3. پھر انڈہ اور مکھن ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔

  4. آخر میں بڑے کباب کی شکل دے کر ہلکی آنچ پر کھلے توے پر فرائی کر لیں۔
