  • Potatoes 1 kg (boiled)
  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 5
  • Onion 1
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Plain flour 6 tbsp
  • Crushed whole red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Ginger,garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to-taste
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, blend well.

  2. Now make round and flat shape of kebab.

  3. Cut a small hole in the centre of each piece of chicken nuggets with the help of thumb.

  4. Then fry or if you like you can coat the chicken piece in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs then fry.

  5. Delicious chicken donuts is ready, serve with tomato ketchup or garlic sauce.
