  • Semolina ¾ cup
  • Butter 1 cup (clarified)
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Sugar 1 ¼ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Small cardamoms 4 to 5
  • Almonds 10 to 12 sliced

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan stir continuously sugar and cardamoms on a medium flame till melts and turn golden brown.

  2. Beat eggs separately.

  3. In a separate bowl, add semolina and milk mix them well.

  4. Then add mixture of eggs in it and mix it well.

  5. Then add melted sugar in the whole mixture and stir it continuously on low flame until oil separates.

  6. Garnish with sliced almonds and serve.
