Ingredients

  • Rice vermicelli 100 gm
  • Chicken mince 1 cup
  • Green chillies chopped 6
  • Samosa sheets 3 dozen or as required
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion chopped 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak rice vermicelli in hot water for half an hour.

  2. Drain well and cut in pieces.

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes.

  4. Add chicken mince with chili sauce, soya sauce, mixed herbs, salt, crushed red pepper and sugar.

  5. Cook for 10 minutes till mixture dries, remove.

  6. Add chopped greens and rice vermicelli, mix.

  7. Fill this mixture into samosa sheets to form a parcels, seal well with a sticky flour and water batter or egg white.

  8. Deep fry in hot oil till light golden, serve with chili garlic sauce.
