  • Digestive biscuits 1 packet (broken pieces)
  • Pineapple juice ½ cup
  • Mango 2 (sliced)
  • Pineapple chunks 1 cup
  • Vanilla custard 2 cups (cooked)
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Mix nuts ½ cup
  • Chocolate syrup as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Spread layer of broken biscuits on the base of bowl.

  2. Drizzle over half pineapple juice.

  3. Set over mango slices and pineapple chunks.

  4. Pour remaining juice then pour custard over fruits.

  5. Beat cream and sugar.

  6. Top custard with cream, garnish with nuts and chocolate syrup.

  7. Chill in refrigerator and serve.

  8. Note: You can make this dessert in individual glasses as well.
