Boil macaroni and keep aside.
Blend ginger and garlic in a blender with 4 tbsps water.
Heat oil in saucepan, add onion and green chillies and fry for 5 minutes.
When onion soften, add black pepper, cumin, corinader powder, turmeric and cook for 1 minute.
Now add ginger and garlic paste and the remaining water, lemon juice and coriander and stir well.
After the mixture boils cover the saucepan with a lid tightly and cook for 5 minutes.
Later remove the lid, add red beans and black-eyed beans and cook for 10-12 minutes, then add salt and pepper.
In a dish, spread macaroni then bean mixture.
Garnish and serve.
