Marinate the chicken drumsticks with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and lemon juice.
Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Mix all the other ingredients and marinate the drumsticks with the prepared mixture.
Keep aside for two and a half hours.
Skewer the drumsticks and cook in a tandoor/grill/oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from tandoor/grill/oven, baste with butter and cook further for 5 minutes or until done.
Remove from skewers and serve hot.
