  • Beef ½ kg
  • Papaya Paste 1 tbsp
  • Fried onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 125 grams
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Mustard oil 4 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coal 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the beef into thin slices. (2 - 3inches wide and 4 inches long)

  2. Now marinate meat in all the ingredients except 2tbsp oil and coal for 3 hours.

  3. Now thread the meat in skewers and put the meat over heated charcoal or fry the meat in a frying pan with oi.

  4. When the meat becomes tender, place a inflamed charcoal into the frying pan.

  5. Drizzle a little oil over it, immediately cover tightly and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  6. Tasty bihari kabab is ready to serve.

  7. Serve hot with onion ringlets, mint chutney and naan.
