Slice onion thinly and fry in ghee until golden.
Add in spices, sprinkle water and saute well.
Add in meat and saute.
Add in finely chopped tomatoes.
Cook till tomatoes are soft.
Let it simmer for a while, then add in (length wise sliced and seeded) green chillies.
Cover and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
