  • Prawns ½ kg cleaned and washed
  • Egg whites 2
  • Refined flour ½ cups
  • Corn flour ½ cups
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • For sauce:
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Noodles 1 cup boiled
  • Pineapples 1 can cube
  • Cauliflower 1 head break flowers
  • Capsicums 2 cubed
  • Green chillies 4 finely cut
  • Black pepper 1 tsp crushed
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp dissolved in water
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all prawn ingredients except oil in a bowl and add water to make thick paste.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, coat prawns with mixture and fry till golden.

  3. In a separate wok cook tomato ketchup, black pepper, soy sauce, chicken cube flour, salt, vinegar and jaggery and fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Heat little oil in a pot, fry capsicums, cauliflower and green chillies and mix in sauce and pineapples.

  5. Before serving mix corn flour, salt, 3 tbsp oil, sesame seed oil, prawns and noodles.

  6. For chicken cube flour crumble 10 packets of chicken cube in 2 ½ cups of flour and mix thoroughly with hands.

  7. Refrigerate mixture and use as and when required.
