  • Chicken 500 gm
  • Ginger Paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 5
  • Green Chillies 4
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
  • All-spice grounded 1 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander 4 tbsp chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and sauté.

  2. Then add the tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Now add the chicken pieces and cook for a few minutes.

  4. Add the turmeric powder cook for a minute then add the red chili powder, salt and cook for a few minutes.

  5. Add the slit de-seeded green chilies and all-spice and cook covered till chicken is tender.

  6. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top and serve with slivers of ginger and lemon.
