  • Fish whole 1
  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Cumin 1 tsp (crushed)
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 3 – 4
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Green chili 3 – 4
  • Clarified butter / oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a big flat pan and pre heat the clarified butter.

  2. Now cut the fish in two pieces and open it.

  3. Now put salt and garlic paste on both side of fish and fry it.

  4. Now take it out.

  5. Now put tamarind paste, tomato, green chili, onion, red chili, whole coriander, black pepper, and cumin and all spice powder into oil and pour cup water with tomato and cook it well.

  6. Now add fish into it and sauté it.

  7. When all water dried, dish it out.
