Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 2
  • Cucumber 1
  • Green Chillies 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onions 1
  • Olives 4-6
  • Cheese 1 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Finely cut all the vegetables and mix them in a bowl (tomatoes, cucumber, green chilies, capsicums, onions, olives, lemon juice and salt).

  2. Add seasonings oregano and salt.

  3. In the end sprinkle grated cheese and drizzle some olive oil.

  4. Toss it well and refrigerate.

  5. Serve fresh and enjoy.
