Ingredients

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Dry milk powder- full cream 1 tbsp
  • Warm water 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 10 min at least.

  2. Slowly sift flour in a bowl.

  3. Mix in milk powder, salt, egg, oregano, oil and mixture of yeast and sugar with water.

  4. Mix well, knead to make a smooth dough.

  5. Leave it for 2-3 hours for rising.

  6. Until it is properly risen do not attempt making pizza base.

  7. When the dough rises to its double quantity, punch it down and let it rise again.

  9. When the dough rises to its double quantity, form it in to a smooth ball of desired size and roll it out on a baking trey.

  10. Top is with your choice of pizza sauce, cheese and topping.

  3. I HAD TRIED THIS DOUGH RECIPE AFTER MAKING PIZZA AND TASTING ITS BREAD MY MIND WAS CHANGED BECAUSE I ALWAYS PREFER READY MADE DOUGH BUT NOW IT IS EASY TO GET ITS INDREGIENTS THAN TO PURCHASE REDY MADE DOUGH FROM BIG SUPER MARKETS.
