  • For Dough:
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • For Filling:
  • Radish 250 gm (grated)
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Achari masala 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Ginger 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Onion 2 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. For Dough: Mix altogether and knead with warm water.

  2. Keep cover for half an hour and use accordingly.

  3. For Filling: Add salt in radish and leave it for half an hour.

  4. Squeeze out all the moisture from the radish very well.

  5. Then add to it achari masala, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger and onion.

  6. Now put the filling in a dough and fry it.

  7. Paratha is ready to serve.
