Special Pizza

Pizza Dough: Mix sugar and yeast in water.

Cover the yeast mix, and leave it for a while.

Now mix plain flour, butter and salt well.

After this make a small hole in the center of this batter.

Add the sugar mixed water in this hole.

Now add the yeast mixture as well.

Knead them all well, after this apply some oil.

Then leave it aside for 2 hours.

Knead it again and leave for 2-3 hours.

After this, make a round shaped bread.

Then place this on the baking tray.

Pizza Sauce: Take some oil in a pan and saute fry garlic and onion.

Also add tomatoes, and saute them as well.

Do not overcook the ingredients.

Now add ketchup, chilli sauce, salt and sugar.

Cook them all for sometime.

To Assemble: Spread the sauce on the dough.

Then sprinkle mozarella cheese and cheddar cheese on it.

Now add spring onions, tomatoes and black olives.

Also add sausages.

Now place this in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
