  • Prawns 12 ounces (cooked, tails removed)
  • Water 4 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Red pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Ginger ¼ tsp (ground)
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  • Green onion ¼ cup (sliced)
  • Garlic clove 4 (minced)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soya sauce, corn flour, honey, red pepper and ginger and set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat Stir in green onions and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in prawns and toss to coat with oil.

  3. Add in sauce.

  4. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
