Ingredients

  • Meat 1 kg
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Brown Onion 1/2 cup
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Bay Leaves 1-2
  • Big Cardamom 1-2
  • Turnip 1/2 kg
  • Carrot 1/2 kg
  • Dalda Cooking Oil 3/4 cup
  • Garnish:
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander(chopped)1/2 bunch

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pot, slightly heat Dalda Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add bay leaves,big cardamom and ginger garlic paste and lightly stir for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add meat and stir well until oil separates.

  4. Add salt,red chillies Onion,turmeric and yogurt.

  5. Mix well.Cut turnips and carrots into big pieces.

  6. Cook them into pot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes and then refresh with cold water.

  7. Add the vegetables to the meat and mix well.

  8. Add 4-6 cups of water and seal the pot with the help of dough.

  9. Cook the pot on low heat overnight or for 4-6 hours.

  10. Open the seal and dish out.

  11. Garnish and serve hot with naan.
