In a pan saute ginger garlic paste and then add mutton and cook till its water get dry.
Then add curd and salt in it.
Cover the pan and let it cook.
When meat is tender, add Crushed cumin seed, Whole spice, Crushed dry coriander, Khatai (sour) powder, Crushed black pepper, water and green chili.
Cook until water dried.
When ready, dish out, garnish with ginger and coriander.
Serve hot with naan or chapatti.
