  • Rice ½ kg
  • Mince ½ kg (hand-cut)
  • Black lentils 250 grams (boiled whole)
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tbsp (whole)
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili 10
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Capsicum 250 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. In a frying pan heat oil and add onions. Cook until light brown.

  2. After this add mince, ginger garlic paste, whole all spice, salt, turmeric, red chili powder. Cook and sauté.

  3. Now add 1 glass of water. Cover and cook.

  4. When mince gets tender then add black whole lentils along with rice, green chilies and cook for a while.

  5. In the end cover and add mint leaves capsicum.

  6. Cook and turn off the flame after 20 minutes.

  7. Qeema Daal Pulao is ready to serve.
