Ingredients

  • Chickpeas 250 gm
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight.

  2. Then remove in strainer and keep aside.

  3. Now deep fry a little quantity of soaked chickpeas every time on low flame until golden brown.

  4. Fry till all the lentils are cooked.

  5. Sprinkle fried chickpeas with chaat masala, chili powder, dry mango powder and salt.

  6. Toss very well and serve hot.
