A twist on the classic yogurt kebabs, these kebabs as the name suggests are prepared with a generous amount of yogurt and get their body and flavour from potato, spring onions, and garlic. You can prepare these kebabs as a evening snack and serve with some coriander leaves and tamarind chutney.

Ingredients

  • Drain yogurt 2.5 tbsp
  • Potato (boiled) 5
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red pepper (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Spring onions (chopped) 4
  • Green chillies (finely chopped) 4
  • Garlic (finely chopped) 3 cloves
  • Egg 2
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook yogurt till water dries a bit.

  2. In a bowl, mash all boiled potatoes.

  3. Then add all ingredients except egg.

  4. Mix well, then make round shape with the potato mixture.

  5. Now coat kebabs one by one in beaten eggs and fry them.

  6. Tasty dahi/yogurt kebab is ready to be served.
