Rinse the chicken with vinegar water.
Add tomatoes in hot clay pot (handi) and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili and salt.
Cook in tomato's water till reduced to half.
Fry chicken and add in the tomatoes.
Now add clarified butter and cook.
Mix in all spice, crushed black pepper, lemon juice, green chilies, roasted cumin powder and ginger.
Cook for 3 - 4 minutes, then serve garnished with fresh coriander.
