  • Chicken(boneless) 1 kg
  • Red Chilli(crushed) 5 gm
  • White Pepper 5 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese Salt 5 gm
  • Sugar 5 gm
  • Cumin 5 gm
  • Tomato Ketchup 500 gm
  • Cornflour 10 gm
  • Oil 15 ml
  • Vinegar 5 ml
  • Chilli Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger 2.5 gm
  • Garlic 2.5 gm
  • Lemon 10 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a big sauce pan and heat oil in it.

  2. Then add ginger-garlic and cumin in it, fry for a while.

  3. Now add chicken to it along with red chillies, white pepper, salt, Chinese salt and sugar.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes or till chicken changes its colour.

  5. Then add lemon juice, chili sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup, let it simmer gently for a while.

  6. Now make corn flour paste and add in the chicken.

  7. Simmer gently till gravy thickens.

  8. Serve hot with rice.
