  • Green chillies 1 pao
  • Onion seed 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Aniseed 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Oil 1-1/2 pao
  • Curry leaves 6-7
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Grind fenugreek seed, mustard seed, onion seed, coriander.

  2. Wash green chillies and slit with knife, mix all grind spices in chillies.

  3. Heat oil and add curry leaves in it .

  4. Pour oil on chillies add vinegar for preservation.

  5. Put this achar in a glass jar cover it with muslin cloth.

  6. Put it in sunlight  for 3 days.
