Marinate mutton chops with a little salt.
Then deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Now remove from oil and keep aside.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add in 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic.
Sauté till golden brown.
Now add onion, tomatoes and 1 cup water.
Cook for a few minutes, add in fried chops, cover and cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
Now remove lid, sprinkle black pepper and green chilies.
Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
Then dish it out and serve hot.
